Build Your Career in Machine Learning

We're looking for people who want to solve real problems. Not just write code, but actually understand what happens when algorithms meet messy data from the real world.

Open Positions

These roles start in September 2025. We're planning ahead because good hires take time.

Machine Learning Engineer

Full-time

You'll work on model deployment pipelines. That means taking research prototypes and making them run in production without falling apart.

  • Python experience with actual ML frameworks
  • Understanding of data preprocessing challenges
  • Some experience with cloud platforms
  • Bonus if you've debugged model drift issues

What Working Here Actually Looks Like

We're based in Ho Chi Minh City and focus on practical ML applications. The work involves a lot of experimentation, some failures, and occasional breakthroughs.

Most days you'll be debugging models, discussing approaches with teammates, or trying to figure out why a dataset behaves differently than expected. It's not glamorous, but it's real work that matters.

Learning Budget

Access to courses, conferences, and resources you actually want to use

Flexible Schedule

Core hours for collaboration, flexibility around them

Real Projects

Work on problems that have actual impact, not toy examples

Small Team

Your contributions are visible and valued

Hear From The Team

Two people who've been here for a while share what it's actually like.

Henrik Thorvaldsen

Senior ML Engineer

"The best part is working on problems where the solution isn't obvious. We tried four different approaches on a recent project before finding one that worked. That process of exploration is encouraged here, not discouraged."

Bastien Mercier

Data Engineer

"I joined because I wanted to work with Vietnamese market data, which has unique challenges. The scale isn't massive, but the variety is interesting. You get exposure to different problems quickly."

How The Process Works

We're trying to make this straightforward. No brain teasers or whiteboard coding under pressure.

1

Initial Chat

30-minute conversation about your background and what you're looking for

2

Technical Discussion

We'll discuss past projects and technical decisions you've made

3

Small Project

A realistic task similar to what you'd work on here (paid time)

4

Team Meeting

Meet the people you'd work with and ask them anything
